The Vishakha Glass Pvt Ltd project involved the design, supply, and erection of a pre-engineered building (PEB). During the erection phase, significant challenges arose due to the live furnace, which required careful planning and precise coordination to ensure minimal disruption. All fasteners used were hot-dip galvanized to enhance the longevity and resistance of the structure, offering superior corrosion protection and durability in harsh industrial environments. This approach improved the building's overall strength and ensured a sustainable and reliable solution for long-term use.

Project Highlights & Challenges

The complete scope of 6600MT of work was successfully completed in just 11 months, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and project management. Approximately 600MT (Gridline 1 to 8) of the structure was pre-assembled outside the building and then moved into position using heavy cranes. Notably, the erection timeline for the furnace area was reduced from 30 days to an impressive 20 days, showcasing our ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
