We are one of India's leading providers of pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), with an installed capacity of 103,800 MTPA. Our comprehensive PEB solutions cover all stages, from estimation and design to engineering, manufacturing and installation at our customers' sites.
In addition to PEBs, we manufacture complex structural steel components for a wide range of industries, supporting projects such as bridges, flyovers, power plant structures, and other industrial applications.
With over 15 years of experience, we have successfully executed more than 1,500 projects, delivering around 570,000 MT of PEBs and structural steel to customers across over 20 countries and a variety of end-user industries.
Our in-house design and engineering team is supported by advanced software tools, including STAAD PRO, STAAD PRO ADVANCED, MBS, TEKLA/ TRIMBLE, ZWCAD, and BricsCAD. For seamless business operations, we use SAP-H4 Hana to ensure efficiency.

Our Manufacturing Facilities
We operate from two a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities ; one located in Sanand, Gujarat, and the other in Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu. Our production capacity of 72,000 MTPA and our scale of operation makes us capable of handling large projects and our experience assures timely execution and adherence to quality.

Improve your operational efficiency
  • PEBs reduce project turnaround time by 30% since they are factory-made, and then installed at site. This leads to cost savings that offset the slightly higher initial cost of PEBs.
  • PEBs can be easily dismantled and relocated, unlike concrete buildings. For example, Phenix successfully relocated the TATA Nano Project from Singur to Sanand.
  • Recent advancements in PEB design software and manufacturing technologies have paved the way for new applications, such as high-rise buildings, multi-level parking structures, and commercial/residential towers.
  • Large-span structures are only feasible with PEBs, as concrete has inherent design limitations. Additionally, larger span structures offer greater flexibility for future expansions.
  • PEBs reduce reliance on site workforce, because less labor is needed for installation.
